Management Information System for Working-Graduates is established in the real management work of Shandong University., In order to ensure the management of graduate student working in an orderly, efficient, this system use advanced design concepts and development of technology to establish a set of management information systems. The goal of this tystem is to achieve graduates of the whole process of management.After this thesis carryed out a detailed investigation of the whole process of graduates from recruiting to culitivating to graduating, started from requirement analysis to completede the system architecture design and detailed design, and ultimately the system implementation including recruit management, course resource management and graduation management.This paper adopte UP and use UML as its analysis and design description language. It is based on multi-layer design J2EE architecture and establish system MVC framework using open-source STRUT which share a large market and is mature and stable. In order to reduce system development costs and improve system maintainability and scalability, this system use Hibernate as its persistence layer. Considering the system has the characteristics of multi-user, cross-platform, the system uses the c/s and b/s hybrid architecture design, role-based access control model access control subsystem, validate the user's identity, ensure confidentiality and integrality of the informationThe main role of this system is examee, recruit administrator, students, secretaries, teachers, degree administrator. In the whole process of system, various role operate different operation. So this can ensure orderly conduct of the work.This paper provide effective solution for the system problems that encounted in the process of requirement analysis, design and implement. It also provide a strong example for management of information. For example, printing, output of improts and import and Export that system used is given a good solution. furthmore, forming a unified set of norms.The main feature of this system is making use of management of course resource, this can make students sharing information and provide a service-learing platform. At the same time it provide a exchange platform for students,tours,teachers and administrators.So that can know information such as students' situation and degree states in good time.In the design of database, the paper used form conceptual model to object-oriented model and then from object-oriented model to paysical model,making database design more reasonable.In the management of course resource,In order to provide students rich resources and ensure the speed of download, this article upload resourses to FTP and save download path in database.this can help to document view,download and delete.considering graduates scattered,communication inconvenient,difficult to manage,this paper use SMS platform in groups.The current system has been operate successfully at Shandong University,beween Education Departmen and have achieved certain results, improved the school information management efficiency of graduates...
