Research On The Social Relief Report Of The Refugee Groups In Xinhua Daily(1938-1945)

Xinhua Daily is an official newspaper of the Communist Party of China during the Anti-Japanese war.It has been highly valued by the high level of the Communist Party of China since its preparation.During the Anti-Japanese War,Xinhua Daily always focused on uniting the Anti-Japanese War and paying attention to the people's livelihood.In particular,it carried out a positive,all-round and continuous report on the social relief of the refugee groups,and made a loud voice to solve the problem.This paper is divided into four chapters.The first chapter mainly introduces the founding process of Xinhua Daily during the Anti-Japanese War and the high-level attention of the CPC.During the Anti-Japanese War,Xinhua Daily's social relief reports on the refugee groups were divided into two parts:relief objects and relief groups.The relief objects were refugees,children,the unemployed,overseas Chinese and other groups.The relief groups were concentrated on the KMT authorities,the local Anti-Japanese government led by the CPC,all walks of life in the domestic society and foreign aspects,and summarized the relevant space and sources.The second chapter mainly introduces Xinhua Daily's report and propaganda on the refugee groups problem,and summarizes th e survival and life crisis of the refugee groups and its causes.The refugee groups not only faces the threat of slaughter,hunger,cold and disease,but also can't make a foothold in the society due to the lack of means and opportunities to make a living.Japan's aggression,frequent natural disasters and the limited actions of the KMT authorities were all the important reasons for the problem.The third chapter mainly introduces the reports of Xinhua Daily on the KMT authorities,the CPC and its local Anti-Japanese government,the domestic community and foreign relief measures.In particular,Xinhua Daily's evaluation of the KMT authorities not only affirmed the efforts made by the KMT authorities to relieve the refugee groups,but also pointed out the problems and shortcomings of the KMT authorities,calling on the KMT authorities to truly implement democracy and effectively relieve the refugee groups.The fourth chapter mainly summarizes the propaganda path of Xinhua Daily's report on the social relief of the refugee groups during the Anti-Japanese war.Xinhua Daily actively publicizes to all walks of life that it attaches importance to the problem of refugee groups,pays attention to their long-term survival,advocates equal emphasis on education,strengthens work for relief,constantly appeals to friendly countries to help China,learns from foreign beneficial experience,so as to improve relief means,so that the refugee groups can develop production,build a country and contribute to the Anti-Japanese war.In a word,through the propaganda of Xinhua Daily,we can see the seriousness and urgency of the problem of social relief during the Anti-Japanese war.Based on this,the Communist Party of China publicizes the importance and necessity of relieving the refugee groups to all sectors of the society through Xinhua Daily,actively reports the behavior of all parties at home and abroad participating in the relief of the refugee groups,and tries to save more refugee groups through continuous reporting and publicity,which fully reflects the just demands of the Communist Party of China and the aspirations of the broad masses of Chinese people.
