In winter, the urban residents in north China adopt the means of large coal boileror regional boiler for central heating as the main heating methods. But the automationlevel of domestic boiler heating control system is still relatively lower, most controlsystems remain in the manual control stage, the operation of the boiler efficiency is low,which causes the significant waste of energy, and the environmental pollution is alsovery serious, heating quality also can’t be guaranteed. All of the above go against the"energy conservation and emission reduction" policy and the requirements of "12.5"plan to reduce energy consumption in our country.Considering that there are significant waste and energy consumption problems inheating system, this subject designs the boiler control device, the pump roommonitoring device, the pipeline and heat transfer station monitoring device and thecentral heating energy monitoring system consisted with superior machine Lordmonitoring center according to the characteristics of regional central heating supplysystem; The monitoring system solves the energy saving problem from the heatingsource to the heating network overall.Central heating system is a complex system with the character of multiple inputmultiple output, nonlinear, large delay and strong coupling, there is interactivecoupling character between the control parameters of the system, it is difficult toestablish the heating mathematical model to control the heating load of the heatingboiler effectively. Based on this, this paper puts forward a fuzzy PID control complexalgorithm to solve heat load output control of the boiler.In traditional the problem of communication between the boiler control equipmentand the PC monitor center, this paper uses the PROFIBUS-DP fieldbus communicationtechnology, the means of communication has the advantages of fast networking, highreliability, strong immunity. And for the problem of the spatial distribution of spanbetween the monitoring center and the various heat transfer station and pipe networkcontrol equipment, which is difficult to carry out effective communication, this paperfor the monitoring center and remote network and heat transfer station control deviceuses the Internet+GPRS communication code, this is a good solution of cablecommunications distance far, wiring difficulties of problem, and communicationsreal-time function good, and implementation cost than lower. Finally, this article taking the Weifang University boiler energy conservationtransformation project as a background, has carried on the analysis from the systemsoftware and hardware design and the project transformation for the example. Actualoperating conditions indicate that the design of the subject of heating energy savingmonitoring system not only reduces the labor intensity of the boiler workers, but alsoreduces the system failure rate, at the same time protects the quality of heating systemand energy saving, with good social and economic benefits.
