The system uses VBA programming tocomplete the automation of data processing and based on the platform tocreate a custom solution which can meet the demand of firm specific. Theworking process of the system combining with the reality of enterprise andhave the ability to support data from Excel sources and other sources of datalike Oracle, MySql and so on. In the aspect of function, it contains materialbasic information management, personnel management, departmentmanagement, budget management, procurement management, inventory management and final accounts management, report management, and othermore child module. Through reasonably combining with the actual workingprocess to implement office automation material management process, thissystem make it to improve office efficiency, reduce errors and save the task ofhuman resources.
