China is the world’s most populous country, is the world’s largest tobacco market, but also has the largest number of smokers, cigarette production enterprises are also faced with the continuous development of science and technology and the market economy, more and more opportunities and challenges, the cigarette market demand for the individual needs of complex and changeable, an urgent need for major domestic cigarette companies quickly grasp the needs of the market for new product development, improve the quality and characteristics of the product, which requires companies to only pay attention to the cigarette material costs problems, the management of all aspects from materials supply, production, sales, logistics, etc., to enhance synergies and cooperation between enterprises and suppliers, give full play to all aspects of the role and resources to achieve business and suppliers Both sides win situation, and enhance China’s tobacco production enterprises in the domestic and international competitiveness and market share.Therefore, this project is committed to research an efficient intelligence cigarette materials management platform, to achieve efficient material distribution, production and sales of integrated information management in order to achieve a lower management costs, and give full play to optimize the cigarette supply chain to link together, enhance the value of the supply chain role. More important is that the system can take advantage of modern information technology, software technology, communications technology, network technology and logistics technology, efficient and reasonable quality of the cigarette enterprise supply chain management system, the tobacco industry supplies procurement and distribution, storage effective linking of business processes, sales and other, so as to achieve the fastest response time to meet customer needs based on market demand, making enterprise is always invincible in the competition in the industry as a whole. The other hand, from the technology point of view, this paper used at home and abroad more popular lightweight Java EE framework SSH to system development; its technology has a strong theoretical and practical significance of this topic both from a practical point of view or a technical point of great practical value.
