With the growing demand for information construction, the improvement of the productivity of software development and to ensure that software products to adapt to changing customer needs become two of the core issues of the field of information technology. The software development platform based on CMM can meet the goal of building platform for information systems. And from the software process management aspects, it effectively controls the software development and maintenance process.In terms of the design of software development platform, in order to maximize the improvement of the efficiency and quality for developer's development, the most important thing is to provide a highly efficient and reliable development environment for the future developer. The dissertation combines software development platform with CMM norms and considers the request of CMM norms in the platform design process. CMM norms acts as a module in platform to carry out effective control and guidance to the application developers and development team in the future development of the process. Through the combination of CMM norms and software development platform to form a necessary means of software quality assurance, provide an effective way to implement software quality assurance policy, guidance the control software development and maintenance of software process of Software institutions, and develop an excellent software engineering and management culture.This dissertation first makes a theoretical preparation on software development platform based on CMM. Secondly based on the studies it advances a software development platform based on CMM which can adapted to information systems, designs platform system including functional needs analysis, the overall structure and data structure, highlights configuration management and process and product quality assurance KPA and their effect in application of platform. Thirdly, the dissertation implements this platform, makes the detail design for the sub system of analysis and design platform, UI design platform and runtime support platform. Finally, the dissertation analyses and verifies the platform by a specific development case, to prove that through the application of this platform it can improve the speed and quality of development, also achieve remote deployment and call easily. At the same time, this platform inherit scientific methodology of information systems business needs analysis from the previous version, to ensure the accumulation of software knowledge and reuse of business, which greatly facilitates the maintenance of the later period greatly, and provides a good reference for achieve industrialization for small and medium-sized software development companies.
