However, due to various constraints, the traditional system has not reduced the workload of the personnel administrator; on the other hand, the current system generally use language such as ASP etc. for the Web application development, business model and the view is not isolated, and it making up a very small product design flexibility, so it is difficult to meet the changing requirements of users.The main subject is transformed the personnel recruitment and admission system at this stage. By using the MVC design pattern to conduct a feasibility reconstruction analysis. With method of parallel alternatives in China's college entrance examination and Sweden personnel recruited system.This thesis is completed the following tasks:1. Discussed the subject background and the transformation requirement for research.2. Discussed the technical feasibility in the reconstruction of the system based on MVC system design pattern, introduced three lightweight JavaEE frameworks, and also discussed the scheme of the integration of the SSH development platform.3. To conduct a requirement analysis and use UML to build the business model of the system. Established the database conceptual model based on the database requirement analysis, and discussed the transform scheme to physical model.4. Using the screenshots and tables to describe the implement of the system. Discussed the implement of the function in the status controlling and the parallel alternative choosing, and described the choice of scheme in online payment.The construction of the platform has been completed according to the design. Then it is put in the trial. The result proves the correctness and reliability of its design. This presents a new view of personnel recruitment and admission system and creative solution.
