The Research On Organization Level Software Quality Guarantee Process Model And Its Information Construction

As the development of software industry, it has been widely acknowledged that the quality of software products not only relates to the tools and approaches, but also depends on the process of design and development. For a software organization, the quality of the products not only relates to the individual projects, but also depends on the relevant projects, the customers'specific requirements and organizational strategy, resources, etc. This thesis focuses on the work of the quality guarantee information construction platform which is based on the organization level software quality guarantee process model.This thesis analyzes a series of quality management system standard and process model used to regulate and improve software process in the software enterprises currently. Combining with the domestic research of software process improvement, an organization level software quality guarantee process model for the small and medium-sized software enterprises is established. The model is oriented to enterprises business objectives and focused on the processing of multi-project and organization level, with the view of promoting the customer satisfaction and business performance of the organization.The goal, input, output, business flow, information flow and process unit of organization level software process model is described in term of the top-down decomposition method, and the processes of requirement collection and requirement allocation are elaborated. The requirement collection process mainly includes the activities of proposed requirements collection, preliminary coordination and warehousing, and the requirement allocation process includes the activities of solution design and version scope determination. The two processes are combined to achieve the requirement management of organization level.This thesis describes the balance process of organization level multi-project developing management and determines the priority of related projects via the method of multi-project priority comprehensive evaluation by AHP-based scoring, providing decision foundation for the activities such as preparation, establishment, implementation and resource distribution of the multi-project balance process.An organization level software quality guarantee information platform prototype is set up and operating in the cooperative enterprise, verifying the organization level software process model and related technical methods.
