The magnanimity of the information of the network is causing the rubbish of the information of the network, the value of network information is now being put down by the magnanimous information network itself created. To solve the problem of the shortage of information resources might not bring the promotion of value. Only strengthen the quality control of the network information organization, solve the question of information discriminating, processing, purifying and web mining, find real knowledge from magnanimity of network information, could bring the promotion of value. Just because of this, this paper attempts to explain the organization of the network information in terms of quality control, the content involves four respects mainly : Chapter one introduces the principle and methods of the network information organization, and has done a simple comparative analysis to the similarities and differences between the traditional document information organization and the network information organization. Chapter two first introduces the collection principle of the network information, and technology of gathering. As to network information service, emphasizing on the Recall excessively is meaningless, the more important thing is to help the users find their information they want quickly and accurately. the quality control to the Information collection includes two respects: the choice of what kind of network information to gather and the control of tactics of collecting. on the basis of the introduction of index principle of the network information, Chapter three analyses how to choose the Web page index keyword emphatically, then discusses the index structures of various kinds of information retrieval models and the their processing of index word. Chapter four first analyses the relevance tactics of the three traditional information retrieval model, then analyses the improvement to the relevance tactics of the Vector Space Model(VSM) using Latent Semantic Indexing(LSI), finally, this chapter introduces the relevance tactics based on Hyperlink analysis.
