Content: This article describes the methods of the software engineering in the developing of the unified provision system These methods are based on the principle of the software engineering. The article shares a number of experienced of the software engineering used in the unified provision system project.Software engineering is in the ascendant in China. But the methods are hard to using in the real project because of the complex project environment which is made by the complex Chinese environment. The author discusses the software process model assessment and the software process model improvement in the complex project environment across this article.Requirement engineering process is a important part of the software process. The major problem in the requirement engineering process is how to get the requirement. Requirement analysis and requirement consensus are also the problems in the requirement engineering process. This article describes how to get the requirement ,and how to get the requirement consensus.The unified provision system is a bridge between Business Operations System and communication net. The developing of the unified provision system shares the experience for the solution of isomerous system integration.Test-Driven Development is a programming technique using in the coding stage of the unified provision system. Coding standards is the base of white box testing. Black box and white box testing are the methods of the software quality assurance. Performance test is very import to the software quality assurance.This article describes the work of the requirement, design of the software and code, tests etc. stage which combine the request of the software quality control. This article also describes the request of the software quality assurance in the stage: of software delivery.
