More and more people are using mobile technologies to access information. As a kind of information services, mobile commerce content service has broad application prospects, with the features of mobility, privacy and convenience. All Mobile commerce content service enterprises are facing an important issue that how to meet user's personalized, diversified information needs, and provide intelligent content services anytime and anywhere. This thesis uses ontology method to analyze mobile commerce content service's process and elements, designs ontology-based service information model, and do research work on system realization, hoping to provide theory and technical support for mobile commerce content service and the establishment of its supporting systems.This thesis first analyzes the application prospects and current issues of mobile commerce content service, reviews the current research situation of mobile commerce service and ontology theory, and establishes the general research direction and framework. Then it gives an introduction of the features of mobile commerce technologies and services, as well as ontology-related technologies and applications. Then it provides specific definitions of the concept and features of mobile commerce content service, and proposes that mobile commerce content service is an information service model in a mobile environment. Following, it introduces the general process of mobile commerce content service, and analyzes three key elements impacting on the process: information resources, user needs and service environment. On this basis, this thesis proposes and analyzes context-aware feature of mobile commerce content service, establishes ontology information model of mobile commerce content service. The model describes three kinds of ontology: content, user, context, and achieves ontology-based service reasoning. Finally, based on the process model of mobile commerce content service, it builds the framework of ontology-based service support system.
