Based On Perwcorba Aware Of The Context Of Computing Research And Implementation Of A Prototype System

With the flying development of new technologies, such as computing technology, communication technology and etc., the computing always exists everywhere and everywhen around us. The computing, which is visible or invisible, surrounds the "person", who will enjoy the comfortable services, and provides our living and working with more convenient. In order to realize this aim, the computing needs to be provided with the ability, which understands the context (including environment, human and etc.) around it, called Context-aware. It is important that the underlying infrastructure supports context-aware to realize. So, this paper mainly discusses that the context-aware computing realizes based on middleware infrastructure, and the computing is extended in application. The main works done by the author are listed below: 1. The technologies, which include middleware technology and CORBA technology, are generalized and summarized. 2. According as existing technologies, context-aware and context-aware computing are defined. It brings forward that the context information is described by the expressive mode of XML, and the function character and framework of context-aware object service which in order to realize the unification of context information. 3. Through the analyses to context-aware application characteristic and context-aware computing request for environment, and the principle which the context-aware is open system, the underlying infrastructure function character and framework are confirmed. To the infrastructure implemented, several key technologies are expatiated, which include dynamic binding mechanism, trader federation mechanism, mobile middleware, context-aware access control and etc. 4. The open middleware-based infrastructure for context-aware is designed and implemented, called perwCORBA. After the experimentation, it is proved that the mobile of perwCORBA can be satisfied by context-aware computing and the perwCORBA is open system. 5.
