Mobile commerce includes the business activities that are conducted anywhere and anytime via mobile terminals by the means of combining mobile network with Internet organically. Mobile commerce is different from traditional e-commerce in the aspects of technology, service characteristics and commerce patterns. It has the advantages of mobility and convenience, but it also has many constraints of terminals and networks.Personalized mobile content service is a technological frontier and an attractive area for research. In tracking the development trend of mobile commerce, personalized service, semantic web, context-aware technology and other related domains home and abroad, integrating the latest research achievement in multi-disciplinary fields, and taking qualitative and quantitative analysis methods as a combination, this dissertation studies the aspects of ontological model construction, association mining between situaions and preferences, service operation mechanism and service support system as follows:Firstly, the characteristics of mobile environment and user requirements are analyzed. The research view for personalized mobile content services are converted from traditoinal two-dimension space to multi-dimension space. The basic structure of ontology model is constructed based on existing ontological resource. The two concepts of context and situaion are distinguished and a situational user preference model is proposed. The proposed model is formalized and realized utilizing ontology modeling technique.Secondly, combined with FCA theory, a method is proposed that the semantic association rules between situations and preferences are built by quantitative frequent marked lattice. Service rules can be extracted along multi-dimensional context routes from this lattice structure. It is propitious to solve the problems of rule collisions and availability of context data. The hierarchical algorithm is studied for frequent marked lattice construction and the priority is designed for rule extraction. The advantage and availability of the proposed method are demonstrated by a calculating instance compared with related works. The logic operations on situaion are explained based on the perspective of data analysis.Thirdly, the operation mechanism is studied for personalized mobile content services based on situation. A new spiral model is proposed for service cooperation, the aim of the proposed model is to organize various content services and context-aware services effectively and accomplishes the whole goals. Various method of similarity computing are studied from syntax layer and semantic layer and the operation procedure of service is illustrated. Moreover, the procedure of mobile content adaptation is studied.Forthly, the functional requirement of personalized mobile content services is analyzed. By introducing multi-agent technique, the integrated framework is constructed and the roles of various agents are designed. The information exchange mechanism for multi-agent coordination and the working procedure is represented.
