Design And Implementation Of The Mobile Police Traffic Control System

As the rapid development of the economy and the society the numbers of vehicles and drivers accordingly increase unprecedentedly ,and the problem of traffic control has become a very important factor which affect the development of a city. Recently we mostly continue to use the traditional but inefficient control system, which can not be adapted to the needs of the modern traffic control. The police traffic control tend to change to mobile ways, which can establish a convenient faster and efficient police traffic control system and serve the traffic control better.On fully understanding about the characteristics and current condition of the construction of police traffic control information system, the author analyze the needs of the two kinds of the participants in this traffic control system ,that is, drivers and traffic police officer and design the mobile police traffic control information system based on the wireless private network. It is the update and expansion of the sections of mobile service, bankcard service and mobile phone service of text message in the police traffic control information system. Relying on the public security application system ,banking business system and text message by mobile phone ,taking advantages of modern technology of remote clients and modern technology of mobile communication, this system will provide the drivers and traffic police officers with various mobile information services such as information enquiry ,electronic correction of regulation violation , notification message of mobile phone, pay a fine automatically ,etc. This system will try to be applied in every possible place, which provides with sufficient data for working on the spot, improves both the efficiency and capability of the traffic police officers and more services for the drivers.In this paper ,we provide a practical and advanced mobile police traffic control system based on CDMA-1X WI-FI communication technology and taking non-contact RF intelligent IC card as terminal equipment .By using three-layer structure, the framework of this system is designed, which make every system module keep high cohesion low coupling and make the program structure of the system easy to be maintained and expanded . After intensive analyzing the needs and the function of the mobile police traffic control system, the author design the function module respectively and key data, order and security and put it into practice which ensure the characteristics of the security and reliability of the system and in favor of mass data processing and concurrent user in quantity.
