Design And Implement Of Mobile Police Information System

In the past ten years, China’s public security system more and more attention to useinformatization method to solve the current hot and difficult issues, after many years ofefforts to build around the service to the people’s livelihood of law enforcement services,maintenance of social stability, emergency response, security regulation and otheraspects of information system. Through the information system greatly support thegarrison officers solve cases, maintaining the social public security capability. The poorinformation sharing, acquisition and processing lag, repeated serious gradually unfoldthe flaws showing existing Policing Information Query System problems. Police workcompared to other government service sector activity, involving the field and thedeformation situation more, police officers need to acquire real time command data topersonnel, vehicles, illegal event there was a high correlation between the informationto carry on the fast inquiry and judge. This requires that police officers can be remoteand real-time system to obtain from the police.Based on the existing Policing Information System Construction Present Situationand the relevant requirements and characteristics of the analysis, through the mostmodern art information development trend, in the wireless mobile, Internet platform,combined with the existing security information network resources, design more in linewith the actual needs of police mobile system, this system in ensuring the safety,security, and efficient situation and give full play to the advantages of wireless networktechnology. This paper from the following three aspects of police mobile system arediscussed:1.System design: the use of advanced technology, stable as the system designtechnology adoption, and consider future expansion capability and compatibility.2.Information security: in the network security isolation aspects, mainly on thepublic security within the network and outside the network physical isolation, to ensurethat the internal and external network data over the link is; on this basis, the system willprovide security authentication, security audit, authentication and other functions, toensure the overall safety ability, achieve the police department for system safety regulations and requirements.3. Implementation: in each chapter for police platform for the realization of thekey technology and the practical application environment was discussed, so as to choosea more suitable technical conditions to reach good requirements.In this paper, based on public security private network application system, makefull use of the police information system for all available resources and the mobilecommunication technology, to achieve a more convenient, efficient synthesis mobilepolice office system, it will be illegal site to provide more powerful information support,greatly improve the front-line police officers work efficiency and actual combat ability,and meets the demands of modern policing real-time actions, in the technical securitypolice mobile office needs.
