With the increase of vehicles and road congestion in the society,various traffic violation accidents are caused.The current traffic violation payment way requires people to query the violation records and pay the fine in the specified node,which not only brings great inconvenience to daily life,but also unable to deal with the violation in time.With the the development of high-end mobile phones and Internet technology,transactions on the mobile Internet are becoming more frequent.Android system has the characteristics of open source and is deeply loved by the developers and users.So,it is of great significance to develop a traffic violation payment system based on the Android platform.The mobile payment system for traffic police self-service is based on Android platform,uses Eclipse as development platform,uses Spring and Mybatis framework to build server system,uses Oracle as database center,and uses Tomcat as server application container.The main work of this thesis is as follows:Analyzed the demand of the motor vehicle driver,and proposed the total design proposal of the mobile payment system for traffic police self-service.the remote web service response way is used for handling the server operations.The communication of client and server is implemented by the built-in HttpClient of the Android platform.Load balancing technology and service degradation is used for system concurrent service to improve the stability of the system.Designed and implemented the functional modules of the system,which include the client's login and registration function,user information management function,driver's license information management function,vehicle information management function,illegal information query function,payment function,payment record query function and the service's unlock function,billing check function,SMS notification function.The system has been tested and analyzed.The test results show that the system accords with the demand of the user,and achieves the expected development goals.
