In recent years, the domestic system of establishing and improving the publicsecurity service has greatly contributed to current livelihood’s improvement,the scopeof business mainly includes the maintenance of social stability, the establishment ofmechanisms for emergency services, to rectify the focus of the social order, and manyother topics [9], which play a great role in improving the operational capacity ofpolicemen and collaborative detection efficiency. Now, however, the police system stillhas many deficiencies and loopholes, such as the ability to collect and processinformation on cases is not high, the business processes are not standardized, resourcescan not be instant sharing. For police officers, without getting the timely incidentlocation, route, vehicle information and other useful information from the command andcontrol center will hinder the pace of cases detected. Because of its different from otherwork in government, there are a lot of variables. Therefore, to achieve police publicsecurity system is the future of information technology to better serve the people’slivelihood only way.The thesis takes the police the system status as the base, through the perspective ofthe development of contemporary information, analyzing the actual police services andfeatures, and using a wireless network deeply, such as the most popular mobile clientterminal technology, so as to establish a new type of mobile-oriented policemanagement system. Meanwhile, the system has a good overall performance, highsafety factor advantages, but also to the "Internet" best use.
