With China's accession to the WTO, as well as the pace of economic globalization is accelerating, China's opening to the outside world in various fields continuouslyintensified and the reform promote in depth. as an important component of the field of culture , the reform of the publishing industry will not be independent of this process. The reform of China's publishing industry has been through years of exploration to be successful, the pace of publishing industry and market-oriented continuously accelerating ,the publishing reform step by step to start and of forward to the depth, in addition to state-owned Press , people public press outside will ultimately completely transformed into enterprise management, through merger, combination, reorganization, a number of large publishing groups formate, the opening up of publishing industry to external and domestic increased ,allow foreign and private capital to enter the field of distribution, legal to compete , this series larger initiative has greatly promoted the development and prosperity of the publishing industry. When we all put the focus on the issue of publishing conversion, in the publishing industry, a new phenomenon is growing rapidly. This is the various cultural publishing company and publishing studio which is active and booming current in publishing industry. According to incomplete statistics, this type of culture company or studio has reached as many as 8500, its scale and impact should not be ignored, whether admit it or not, we can not avoid this reality. To face up to it, study it, and throng standardizing its development ,then making it contribute to the prosperity and development of China's publishing industry shoud be the correct attitude we adopt.To the publishing Studios phenomenon, a number of academics and people in publishing arear has taken note its enormous influence to China's publishing industry and launched a study, but existing research has largely been confined to the comment on publishing studio phenomenon ,but, to the publishing studio operation, as well as solutions, they study small, and study of sporadic, there is no systematic research. To solve the problem based studio's point of view,researching in-depth the cooperation model and strategies of the publishing studio and press is an important issue ,which is also having a great practical significance. In this paper, on the basis of large amounts of data and in-depth interview of press and publishing studio , has deeply researched the need, the inevitability for cooperation ,a viable mode of cooperation and coping strategies between studios and press. Research on the subject, hoping to clarify the publishing industry and the community some vague understanding of studio and hope to be able to provide some useful inspiration for the Government Administration to address the publishing studio issues, improve the publishing policy, and even push the China's publishing reform.This article is divided into seven parts. For the introduction chapter. Introduced research background , purpose , significance and research methods of the topic, analysis of the study difficult, pointing out that innovation of this study. Chapter II is theoretical basis for research of co-operation model of press with the publishing studio. Chapter III outlines the publishing studio. To define the concept of studio, analysis of the causes of the publishing studio, the development process, delineate of the type of publishing studio. Chapter IV is a analysis of the need, the status quo and existing problems of press in cooperation with the publishing studio.To study deeply the need for cooperation of the studio and press,in paper ,the status quo of the publishing industry, the advantages and disadvantages of press ,and the status ,the advantages and disadvantages of studio has been comparative analysised, so as to demonstrate the need for cooperation between the two sides. That part , the theory of cooperation and competitiveness of enterprises, enterprise value-chain theory was used to analyze the inevitability ,the need for cooperation between the two sides ,also discussed the reality of the situation, as well as influencing factors. Chapter V is a co-operation model analysis .This is the main part of the article, proposed four possible modes of cooperation. Chapter VI is a strategy of press in cooperation with the publishing studio. Proposed four strategies to promote cooperation between the two sides, to the direction of the publishing studio, the paper also put forward some policy recommendations. Chapter VII is the conclusion and outlook.
