During the fault rush-repairing works for traction power supply system, it is requested that we should try to cut the rush-repairing time as short as we can, in order to decrease the lost and improve the transportation, thus calls for a information-based malfunction fault rush-repairing system. Moreover, recently the Ministry of Railways combined the power supply sectors in large scale, but then it seems we lack an effective method for how to layout the contact networks uniformly and enhance the fault rush-repairing works for the contact networks which are far from the power supply sectors. The domination enlarged after the combination, how to organize the fault rush-repairing works for different grade of malfunctions in more effective ways? We should discuss about the question that how to set up the adaptable fault rush-repairing works based on the new systems.In addition, for the demand of electrified railway system, the relations between different sectors tend to be closer. In the rescue of train operation accident and natural disasters, combined operation and close cooperation between different sectors are more important. So, other than informationization and standardization of power supply sectors, we still need to master the information of the related sectors. All work areas, power supply sectors and other sectors should cooperate with each other closely and ensure the operation safety in line with the smooth going of railway transportation.In my paper i.e 'Decision support system of fault rush-repairing under comprehensive maintenance regime', we separate the fault rush-repairing into two modules: one is the fault rush-repairing auxiliary decision support system, which can integrate all the elements such as rush-repairing preparations, tools and materials, staffs, videos and photos and pictures, history records, vehicle information, assistant decision-making, etc., and thus realizes the standardization of tration power supply malfunction's fast repairing. Considering shortening the repairing time and decrease the lost, we try best to make every module more detailed and easier under this system. With this system we can rapidly arrange the staffs and tools, quickly enquire about the trouble place's equipment information, design layouts, geography and environment, and make out an auxiliary rush-repairing solution accordingly after consulting the standard f rush-repairing regulations and historical malfunction treatments. Another module is a general information management system for the cooperations between different sectors, it integrates all the information of safety regulations, technical operations, professional knowledge and repairing schedules in between the sectors of engineering, electricity and signal, locomotive and vehicles, so that it's easier for them to communicate with each other. In addition, we describe in detail about the power supply sector's rush-repairing works and necessary cooperations with other sectors under the situations such like traveling accidences and special nature disasters. Multi-sectors' cooperating information management system can effectively promote the cooperations in between different sectors and reduce the personal injuries in the bad accidents, and it can also partly solve the problems such as repairing delays due to inconsistent commands between different sectors.
