The railways is an important national infrastructure and the main means of transportation, it plays an extremely important role in national economic development. With the background of rapid IT development and railway system reform, all of railway bureaus combine information management and practice of Railway power supply department. According to their own characteristics and business demand, Railway Power Supply Management Information System are developed.In the paper, the information building will be introduced firstly, then I analyze the characteristics and shortcomings of Integrated Railway power supply Information Management System. Aim at the Railway power supply department in the informatized management of the backward, I design the-Railway Power Supply Management Information System, in order to manage equipments and employees.Before the development, this article compares the management information system of two kinds of structure mode, According to the characteristics of Railway power supply departments, using C/S and B/S mixed-structure development, Also proposed uses SQL Server for the backend database, ADO for database access engine, use vb. net based on C/S mode, using asp. net (C# language) based on B/S mode.This article through the practical process of railway traction power supply management, data are analyzed in detail, at the same time the system function, system structure, algorithm design, database design also is full of description. After designing the system frame structure, we use adaptive development method on each procedure, The part has realized the railway traction power supply information management platform, has provided enormous convenient.This system is the biggest characteristic is using a computer system structure of advanced nature B/S and the structure of C/S and the maturity structure of the two, the final design of a C/S and B/S structure of the mixed architecture of railway traction power supple management information. This way with the development trend of information system and has great adaptability and scalability. B/S Construction INTRATNET system is the foundation and core, through the WWW server, the system can easily railway office management information systems in order systems connected, sharing all kinds of information resources. WWW server technology with the development of the constant maturity, can further enhance system performance.
