Design And Research On The Management And Decision Support System Of Equipment Maintenance

Equipment maintenance management is an important part of enterprise management, which plays a very important role in enhancing work efficiency and market competition power of an enterprise. A management and decision support system of equipment maintenance is introduced in this dissertation. The intention is to implement computer management for the information of equipment maintenance, thus helping managers to make right decisions.Found on expatiating the development of DSS. basic actuality and the theoretical foundation of developing a DSS, the dissertation analyzes the contents of decision-making in this system and presents its designing case by integrating the actuality of equipment management system in a pumping station, according to the basic theories and designing ideas of DSS. The main issues are studied as follows: the system structure is set up and divided into seven main function modules by analyzing system function ; The decision-making contents are mainly separated into four sorts, two cores in which: the decision-making contents of maintenance management and fault diagnosis are analyzed and studied in detail; Several modules are provided for decision-making on maintenance management, and the process of applying fuzzy fault diagnosis into decision-making on fault diagnosis is traversed; According to the different characters of modules, the dissertation presents several kinds of main arithmetic for decision support analysis of equipment maintenance management; Found on studying the structure, character, and implementing technique of typical DSS. the dissertation designs the system frame and basic designing ideas, designing principles and feasible technical case of every subsystem.Design and application of this system will alleviate manager force, enhance work efficiency and equipment reliability, and bring remarkable economic benefits.
