According to the system requirement,the system uses B/S architecture model, and in-depth study of the PHP developmentframework，Web technology, Mysql database technology, use LAMP as the system runningenvironment. Introducing workflow, and make a detailed analysis of the application ofworkflow technology in information system, introduced the reference model of workflowmanagement system, and the basic structure of system is given. Combined with Petri netmodel, defined the process workflow engine, design of the workflow engine database table.The function modules of the system are designed in detail, including the system flow chartand the design of database tables.Finally, the system was realized according to the functionmodule, and carried on a trial run in Shenyang power supply section.
