Study On The Management And Dispatch Mechanism Of Stream Media Release Based On Video Networked

With China's highway network formed, video monitoring system's conversion is a general trend from various original departments charged to the network. Making full use of existing video monitoring systems, one urgent task of the network operation and management is to establish the provincial networking video monitoring system currently.Taking the practical demands of expressway system of Jiang Su province as a background, according to the design requirements and positioning function of the video network monitoring platform (VNMP), determining the overall framework of the whole system model, of the management of video streams and dispatch mechanism is studied in-depth, the real achievement of the different regions to monitor the sharing of video resources.According to the system business and functional requirement, VNMP structures, the codecs way of video data and the management of video resources are desingned, followed by the blocking control strategy of video stream and resource accessed different regions are detail discussed and designed. Then the interstage forwarding scheme of media stream and control flow is designed, including interstage stream miedia forwarding mode, automatic addressing and the design of data format such as forwarding table, forwarding protocol and so on. In accordance with resources and users' authority to reasonably use of system resources and links, an analysis about the flow of forwarding, video resources saved and the corresponding strategy aiming at the forwarding abnormal, while multiuser concurrent access in the multistage forwarding mode and multidomain At the same time, the theortical analysis and application design are implemented involved in streaming media, multicasting, multi-threading, and a match between channel encoder and camera , etc.The development of VNMP's module developed and management and dispatch of video stream based on the above-mentioned mechanism, including the accuracy, the efficiency, and the reliability ease of use and so on, has been fully tested based on building a test environment, and has been proved by running in the practice project environment on the expressway network of Jiang Su province. The results show that the code agrees with the requirement analysis document and design documents, the system excellently completes the release server's function, meeting the design requirements of a monitoring system and solving the key problem of streaming media's calling and transmission when multiuser concurrent access to multistage and multidomain. The results of this research has been successfully applied in Jiangsu Province, providing the reference for other sectors.
