Stream Media's Design And Study Base On Embed Network Video Watch System

Along with the information industry developing, the Video Monitoring System has attracted the most attention. First, this paper annlyzes the history and actuality of Video Monitoring Sytem Next, the whole design of embeded network video monitoring system is analyzed including the hardware design and the software design. Stream media technology and DirectShow technology is expatiated on.In order to research the decoder of a video compress standard, we must research the encoding stream produced by this standard and separate the useful information from that apparently ruleless '0' and '1' bits stream. In accordance with the verify model of MPEG-4, the detailed decoding process is introduced. The paper narrates the decoding process separately for the code streaming of the new conception of VOP and the three characteristic: texture, movement, and shape. The mostly models of this system (EMS memory Souce Filter, MPEG-4 Video Decode Filter and Network Model) are particularly narrated. In the end of the paper , the software test and the result of experimentations is introduced.
