The system of maintenance of equipment plays an important role in the modernenterprise production of coal mining. Vibration monitor provides the system of maintenanceof equipment raw data, which extract information and parameters that can reflect the state ofvibration from vibration signal.This paper combines a comprehensive mechanized mining equipment maintenance lineon the development of the system of Tongchuan Mining Bureau. Based on the analysis of theoriginal maintenance system, combining with the requirement of system development and thecurrent status of coal mine machinery vibration monitoring technology in equipmentmaintenance system, conduct a concrete analysis on the signals of the maintenance system,design a monitor that meets the requirements of real-time collection; based on the mode ofoccupation, propose the software build mode which combines the C/S and B/S, dataacquisition system adopts C/S model, while user-oriented equipment information maintenancesystem adopts B/S model. The fact shows that this model has a better performance.In the hardware design, data acquisition system uses the embedded system solutions,the system adopts Cortex-M3kernel microprocessor produced by STM32as the core toconstruct embedded collection system. The modularized design thought is applied in thesystem. This system includes five modules, they are microprocessor module, memory module,vibration signal disposal module, communication module and power module. On this basis,designed a specific circuit and the circuit board is made according to PCB layout design, andtest the performance of the system under the laboratory environment.In the software design, according to "from the top down" software design principles,combining with the actual monitoring conditions, designned the monitoring procedures, showprogram, communication and other programs. While completed data acquisition and processing, data display, curve drawing other functions are finished at the same time,established a set of equipment maintenance based on the state of the real-time vibrationmonitoring system, and introduced in detail the design process.The result shows that the mechanical vibration monitoring system developed in this paperis able to meet the needs of the mechanical vibration signal detection and provides importantfoundation for the promoting of equipment maintenance function and reliability.
