Implementation Of Decision Support System In International Borrowing In Loans Based On Data Mining

With the development of information technique, E-Government obtained the fast development in our country. The ability of the information technology production and collection data obtained the large scale enhancement. All levels of government departments and organizations developed tens of thousands of databases, the data grew by exponential order, and the data type also became more and more complex. We stored the massive historical information data. If we still use the traditional method to process the magnanimous complex data and depend subjective experience to decide, it is not proper.International borrowing in loan is one of the important forms of using foreign funds in our country since reform and openness. By expanding scale of international borrowing in loans unceasingly for many years, we have expanded association with foreign and have deepened communication each other. By putting the project into effect, all of the various levels administrative departments have studied idea in the field of economic growth of every country, and practice managerial experience. By international borrowing in loans, it helped promoting the movements of international funds, optimizing the allocation of resources, importing the advanced technology. With the development of the world economy and the aggravating of market competition, how to abstract useful data information from available system, and put international borrowing in loans into a positive effect, has became a urgent and complicated problem.The decision support system in international borrowing in loans succeeded in applying to the project of the review and summary on international borrowing in loans in Shanxi Province for 25 years. It uses BI to deal with the problem of E-Government decision support. It extracts, cleans and transforms original data from source database and loads it to data warehouse, composing subject-oriented, integrated and time-variant data organizing style, it is easy to analyze and deal with. It transforms the existing data to knowledge, helps executives to decisions or draw up a plan. During the development of economy, it makes us to grasp the changes of variable international environment, make prompt and exact decision, and implement the scientific outlook on development. Now DM applied to the decision support system is common. This paper takes the example of Decision Support System in international borrowing in loans. It introduces the significance and effect of building this system. It elaborates the systematic design and realizing process. The main content is as follows: the first is choosing a solution that is suitable to the project from a lot of software developing platforms. The second is carrying out detailed analysis for the system, including demand analysis, system structure and each functions analysis. The third elaborates how to build source data management system, ETL, build data warehouse, and implement the OLAP and DM. The last realizes these functions through JSP. It analyses the incidental problem during the BI process, and concludes with a series of vistas of work and research in the future.
