Precision strike on a higher demand under the condition of information war, and affected by development of modern military technology environment. How to improve the Ballistic weapons shooting accuracy has become an increasingly important issue. Modify Ballistic through research judgments the specific location of the target, control it flight to its revised trajectory, up to hit the target. Based on optimal control theory of generalized maximum principle of optimal control of the new method to establish a more precise estimate of the value of the ballistic parameter mathematical model, and given the "scanning Planning Law," effectively solved the high-end systems often encountered difficult to solve the two-point boundary value, and the traditional optimal control, to reduce the time to understand the operator to avoid the dimension of the disaster, effective and timely manner modify the ballistic, raising the Ballistic firing accuracy.To link up with Ballistics, Ballistics, Dynamics and Modern Theory of controls, analysis the Ballistic missile system dynamics model forecast. According to the model set up in the form of compact vector matrix that the missile campaign equations, to applicable to fast computing. On the basis of modern control theory, optimal control theory based on the Arrow ballistic missile control amendments to the model, and detailed design, in order to "Runge-Kutta" law-based, come to calculate the flow. Through the preparation of examples of computer simulation procedure, user R & D operations as well as software interface.Use the forecast model optimal control method and "scan and Country Planning Act," respectively, on the surface-to-surface multiple rocket systems and ground-to-air system to simulate the process of amendment. The simulation results of the analysis show that the establishment of the optimal control model and the solution is to raise the achievement of the missile firing accuracy of an effective way. The optimal control parameters can be the design of institutions to provide the theoretical basis. The establishment of the optimal control model, as well as ways to optimize the actual choice of optimization theory to provide a reference value. Improve the accuracy of the Arrow ballistic missile technology to further amendments to R & D is relatively practical value.
