Tubular-furnace is widely used in the oil and petrochemical enterprise to produce and process petroleum products and petrochemicals, tubular-furnace is the key equipment in the whole manufacturing process. The common thermal parameter detection methods of tubular-furnace is limited by a lack of analysis and utilization of the data that detected, the solution is highly hysteretic which is supported by the offline analysis of technicians, so it is difficult to keep the favourable running state of the tubular-furnace and to serve the energy saving of the equipment.According to the actual conditions of tubular-furnace monitoring data, the thesis introduce the overall structure of the system, and then discusses the design of the hardware of field data acquisition node which is consist of serial communications interface, A/D converter circuit and I/O circuit. The thesis also discusses the software design of field data acquisition node using C51 high level language.The thesis realizes dynamic display of field data using HMI based on MCU serial communication, and realizes state evaluation and operation decision support of tubular-furnace using the tubular-furnace diagnosis and operation expertise which provide operation suggestion and foundation to the operators.According to the actual conditions of actual conditions, the thesis analyzes serveral methods of wireless transmission, adopts Zigbee wireless converter module based on the serial communications interface that the field data acquisition node provide to acquire the field signal towards the upper computer, and design the communications program between the MCU and PC according to the request of wireless transmission.The thesis builds the tubular-furnace optimum operation system using the theory of expert system. The thesis introduces the structure of optimum operation system and designs the knowledge base and reasoning mechanism; realize the dynamic display of wireless transmission data and the function of parameter calculation and tubular-furnace operation decision support. The result of experiment shows that this method achieves the aim of tubular-furnace optimum operation and energy conservation and emission reduction.
