Condition monitoring is essential method in equipment manufacture, which could provide effective information and make monitor, record, analysis as well as evaluation on equipment operation. Late 90's, with the development of sensor technology, signal processing technology, and network technology, the equipment condition monitoring has advanced in directions of automatic, network, intelligent, and visual features, which has formed kinds of monitoring model such as high-speed data acquisition, real-time online analysis, distributed structure and etc.In order to accustom the requirements of equipment condition remote online monitoring, the paper proposes one online real-time monitoring system based on AVR. It applies WFAS (Wireless Field Acquisition Station) locating around the machinery in field to acquire the operation data of the onsite equipments, and sends these data to the Server which is responsible of transferring these data into LAN of the enterprise or WAN. Then the clients could make process and analysis on the data through BE browsing. The system discussed in the paper has functions of data acquisition and wireless transmission, data analysis in the client end is not included. The data acquisition part applies embedded system based on AVR. In the system, it applies filtering circuit, acceleration circuit, AC/DC conversion circuit and etc to process signals acquired in field. The data after sampling would be sent to wireless transferring module. The wireless transfer module makes FSK modulation on these data and then sends them to the pc through carrier of 433MHZ. The paper shows hardware design circuit of data acquisition and wireless transferring, software process plot and some important application source code. The system has survived practical operation testing in field. It has 8 WFAS which could satisfy real-time monitoring of multi-clients. The system has actualized real-time monitoring on a large amount of distributed machinery sets. The reliable distance of wireless data transmission could achieve 50 meters, which could satisfy the performance requirements of the system.
