The Design And Implementation Of The Network System Among Finance Bureau, Taxation, National Treasury And Bank

With the development of the information technology,Finance Bureau,Taxation,The People's Bank of China and Commercial Banks have been based their work information-based.Because the information systems in the Finance Bureau,Taxation,The People's Bank of China and Commercial Banks are not interconnected,they can not share the information they need.As a result the traditional way of tax warehousing can't meet the requirements of the taxation work under the new situation and the informationization work.In order to promote the degree of the information shared in these departments and promote the quality and efficiency of the taxation work,it is urgent for us to interconnect the information systems among the Finance Bureau,Taxation,The People's Bank of China and relevant agencies.Surrounding the design and implementation of the Network System among Finance Bureau,Taxation,National Treasury and Bank(refered to as FTNB),the paper first introduced the background of FTNB,then discussed the feasibility of the design and implementation of FTNB.The paper also discussed the purpose and the significance of the design and implementation of FTNB.According to the traditional way of the day-to-day business processes among the financial and taxation departments,the paper put forward the business requirements.By analyzing the business requirements,the paper put forward the overall design of FTNB.In order to provide safe landing approach and friendly user interface for users,the paper discussed the detailed design of the framework of the network system.FTNB was made up of the Subsystem of Taxation and Communication Subsystem of Taxation,Subsystem of National Treasury,Communication Subsystem of National Treasury and Subsystem of Bank.The paper discussed the detailed design of the subsystems,including the functional module design and the database design of the subsystem.In order to guarantee the safety of FTNB,the paper described the security mechanisms applied in the network system.the security mechanisms included the access control,user login,data transmission,data storage and the operating system,etc.By testing and operating the network system,the writer put forward the proposal on how to strengthen the safety of the network system.The writer pointed up the theoretical and practical significance of the paper in the end.The writer has participated in the work of the testing and promoting of the China Tax Information System.The writer also participated the design and implementation of the tax ticket management system of Shandong Province .
