The Networking System among Finance, Tax, Fisc and Commercial Bank is builted as suiting the reform and development of the fiscal budget and the tax in our country. It found out an advanced, efficient, practical and dependable information processing system with advanced information and network techniques among Finance, Tax, Fisc and Commercial Bank depend on them information systems.After the new generation core business systems put into operation success in The Bank of Shanghai, its first trans-provincial branche,Ningbo Branche opened.The one purpose of this thesis studies is to develop a kind of advanced and mature Networking System which based on EasyLink System of Bank of Shanghai and the other is do our best in Ningbo tax.This thesis begins with presenting the characteristics of the Networking Systerm in The Bank of Shanghai, Ningbo Branche. It analyse the situation of this Networking Systerm in other banks. At the same time, it also make a sound study on the application of UML in this system and presenting a system designing plan which based on EasyLink System.According to the requirement of this Networking Systerm and considing the reusable of system code as well as achiving to the really data concentrationd, we decided to using the advanced UML tools, keeping to Rational developing process to analyzing this model requirement first. And then, the main system roles are identified through the analysis of the Networking System's workflow. Through analyzing of this system, the module model is found out. When we have understanded the whole system, we draw the module's sequence diagram and its collaboration diagram. Then, we design the result by system analysis, build a static structure of the system and finish the system design. Also, we analysis the trades' process and draw them use case diagram for them designing.In this thesis we show the conceptual design and the particular design of single tax and multilateral tax. At the same time, the two modules' work courses are realized. The single tax and the multilateral tax are the two kernel modules in the whole system.They are the foundation of this system. This thesis as well as decompose the complex and asynchronous multilateral tax trade as several simple and real time trades. It really let the complex things become simple.Finally, the thesis analyzes and optimizes the Networking System among Finance, Tax, Fisc and Commercial Bank, and makes it effective, maintainable, reuseable and flexible.
