With the popularity of network and the increasing emphasis on education, onlineexams get the possibility in every subjects. But at present, some of the national networkteaching systems, mainly designed for teaching, cannot be independently used as testingplatform and is very poor in universities. On the other hand, the subject of Basis ofComputer Engineering has been taught in our school for manny years, but it still takes thetraditional examination form or use the stand-alone version system. The design andimplementation of the testing system for Basis of Computer Engineering aims to solve theproblem. The paper maily states the design and implementing methods of network testingsystm for Basis of Computer Engineering with the base on Visual Basic and MS Access.
