Design And Implementation Of Employing Information Management System Based On Web

Employment task for college graduates is subject to some characteristics, such as strict policy guides, intense period, wide involving parties, huge information, assistance services requested and so on. Creating an employment Information System, which satisfies all kinds of people, will be favorable for employment guidance organization to enhance the working efficiency and improve the quality of services. In order to show the latest vacancies, graduates information and employment trends, and be convenient for college administrators to analyze & statistic and comprehensively understand employment situation during last respective academic years, the author of this article designs and develops an employment information management panel based on web..The web-based employment information management system is structured by 3-layer B/S model, and an application server is added to traditional two-layer structure. Application logic is processed individually, so that user interface and application logic are positioned on different panels and communication protocol between them are defined voluntarily by the system. This structure design makes application logics to be shared by all users. This system is based on universial web environment, and all business and work are finished through the network. Therefore those functions, such as students&employers information management,emplomyment publication & search,protocol management,data summary & statistics, are realized。This system adopts the JSP+JavaBean+Servlet model, which integrates the technologies of JSP and Servlet and takes full advantages of their virtues. During the database design and development of this system, Microsoft SQL Server 2000 is chosen, and database connection-pool technology is adopted in order to improve the efficiency.The System has been dedicated into run successfully on the network in May 2007. Graduates employment services has been realized through the network, which facilited graduates leaving and submission of employment plan. The system adopts JSP and SQL Server as main development tools. Through test and tryout, it has been proved that the system is in conformity to recent realistic situation of employment information management in colleges, and the system is feasible and effective.
