In the production process, it's necessary to detect temperature, humidity, flow and pressure parameters at any time. It picks up the testing data and sends them to data center so that engineers could understand the parameters and situation of various equipments. Engineers have to go to the destination by themselves to record parameters in traditional ways. It takes a lot of time and efforts. It's inefficient and easy to make mistakes.The subject focuses on a multi-channel integrated platform for remote data acquisition. It can collect various channels of analog and digital signal and send the data to background through wireless network. Engineers can understand the situation of various on-site equipments. They can check the status by sending orders.The subject bases on embedded microprocessor S3C2440 and YC2440 development board to design data acquisition hardware, including 8 analog input channels, 8-way switched digital channels and 485 data channels. I completed AD acquisition software, switch control software, 485 data acquisition software based on MODBUS protocol as well as network control software of GPRS wireless module in ADS environment.The ARM-based embedded data acquisition system has strong performance, versatility, scalability. It can provide a full of embedded applications including software and hardware. It has a bright future in the field of industrial measurement and control.
