In the work filed of industry, vibration information of the mechanical equipment is often needed to monitor. Due to the environmental impacts, the remote monitoring is necessary. With the rapid development of computer hardware and software technology, the automatic computer-based detection has greatly improved, especially virtual instrument technology has widely used. Therefore, the remote vibration monitoring system based on virtual instrument is researched, using virtual instrument technology, through the PCI6221 card for collecting vibration acceleration signal; through the time-domain, frequency domain, wavelet analysis, and other high-signal processing technology to extract the signal characteristics, and the results of the analysis can be used to fault Diagnosis; also the remote monitoring technology based on Web and DataSocket is researched.In this paper, the vibration acceleration signal acquisition system is designed, using DH103 acceleration sensor and NI's data acquisition card PCI6221, according to the needs of the test, the signal conditioning circuit is designed, so the acquisition of the vibration acceleration signals is completed.This paper discusses the vibration signal processing methods, including the quantitative sampling of vibration signals, digital filtering, time domain, frequency domain analysis, especially research the wavelet analysis and its applications in vibration signal processing. This paper analyses the network structure of remote virtual instruments, contrasts the characteristics (system function, system developing, upgrade and maintenances) of remote virtual instruments between B/S and C/S mode, and gets the advantage and disadvantage respectively. It has studied the various kinds of network technology schemes that NI Company offers in LabVIEW, which include TCP/IP, RDA and DataSocket.The vibration monitoring system based on LabVIEW is designed, including data acquisition and store, vibration signals processing in time domain and frequency domain, wavelet noise reduction. Using web technology, remote monitoring on vibration is implemented; the server and client program on DataSocket is designed.
