RFID Label Automatic Printing System Development And Implementation

Label printing is a normal method for identification during production, logistic and sales at industrialization factory. In smart card industry, the label printing procedure is more complicated than normal factory which requires manual printing job done by logistic department according to customer request, thus led to low working efficiency and high mistake. In order to solve the issue, with investigation on production label printing process and procedure, as well as the feature of smart card industry and requirements for the labels, we had raised an auto label-printing solution based on SQL2000 database and all the resources from different departments. This solution had bee successfully applied on production line with high economy genefits.Intergrated with RFID basic technology as well as successful RFID system implementationk, this article introduced label printing system development and test. The system design is the key procedure: first section is the development of software control syste, second section is RFID label printing and management system development.
