The Chengdu Government Smart Card System Design And Implementation

Our City hall hope that through the smart card card systems engineeringconstruction, the modernization of the internal management of government buildings,scientific, procedures and automation, and improve enterprise management level andoperational efficiency. Card through a smart card system provides various functions forthe staff of the building to create a convenient and comfortable working environment,provide comprehensive and convenient services. The establishment of smart card-cardsystem will help me to improve the efficiency of the municipal government, saveresources and increase the added value and adapt to future social progress anddevelopment.The city hall building smart card system in the specific work target is completedtheir internal staff meeting attendance, consumption, unified office effective use, unifiedaccess control management, self-help each query functions and parking self-helpmanagement, use distributed database design in order to achieve staff in variousdepartments in the interior of the building unified use " smart card ". The city hallbuilding intelligent card system will establish a good expansibility and can be integrated,in line with government building of unified identity authentication framework employeecard platform, can use the staff smart card good combination of biological featurerecognition and other high-tech means of identification, to provide high security staffidentity recognition application service. The system is divided into several modules,access control management, consumption management, attendance management, userauthentication management module.In this thesis, based on the intelligent card business and functional analysis offorming requirement specification. Focuses on describing the system design andimplementation, and the display of the system ’s main functions. Through the functiondisplay shows that the system is practical, and can effectively improve the efficiency ofoffice staff, help to improve our city hall house staff work efficiency, work value, savesocial resources and the resources of the government.
