With the computer network technology widely application,as well as communication and control technology development,the traditional industry control field is going through an unprecedented change,developing towards networking.In order to meet the industry control needs in future this paper has reserched and realized a embedded industry network controller based on ARM,Linux and Embedded Web Server,realized direct connection between embedded equipments and Internet,and through the Web page for remote monitor and control, achieved the remote monitoring and control.This paper designs the system was constituted by hardware system and software system. The hardware system takes the hardware platform core by the S3C2440A embedded microprocessor,outside expands 64M NAND FLAH and the SDRAM constitution smallest system.Based on this expanded the ethernet connection,RS-232 connection,constitutes the embedded remote monitor and control system hardware environment.Choosed Linux OS which conforms to the GNU protocol, as the core of the software system,the design of the system starting program Bootloader is descripted,which make the hardwares run Linux kernel,and then analysis the linux boot process,according to the specific environment of the core hardware for the reduction and achieve a core platform transplantation to the hardware.Had custom-made for the system in view of NAND FLAH design has been possible the read-write YAFFS embedded filing system.According to this system hardware disposition request,compiled and increased the network driver and A/D converter driver for the system,provide friendly interface for the application program.To design the monitor interface,we transplanted the Boa server in the development platform, then set right parameters to the Boa web server.Had compiled the CGI procedure,realized has carried on the remote control as well as the data acquisition function through the dynamic web page to the system.We have tested the system and the results prove that the underlying devices can be monitored and controlled though IE browse.The remote monitor and control system based on the network has been constructed successfully.
