Research On Multi-Layer Control Based Workshop Job Management Mode And Scheduling Method For Doors Manufacturing Industry

Doors manufacturing has the characteristics of multi-variety, high customization, short deadline and small order quantity. Therefore, doors manufacturing enterprise usually apply the hybrid production style with multi-variety, small batch (or single piece). Under the multi-variety and small batch, even single piece production style, workshop job management is the keystone and weakness of enterprise management. Workshop is the key layer in manufacturing enterprise and the production center for the company, which not only implements the manufacturing plan, but also feedbacks the manufacturing information. And workshop job management is the core section in enterprise production management, with connection link function. Therefore, this study of workshop job management for doors manufacturing industry has practical significance.This study reviews the current status of workshop job planning method and scheduling around the world. According to the characteristics and existing problems of work shop job management in Chinese doors manufacturing enterprise, a multi-layer control based workshop job management mode for doors manufacturing enterprise is advanced, in which, objective layer, management layer, workshop layer and work-team layer are the management framework, and production planning and controlling are the management mainline.After then, the key supporting technologies for the application of the mode are discussed, including BP neural network and simulated annealing algorithm based workshop job dynamic scheduling technology, workshop management technology with work-team as management unit.At last, based on the workshop job management mode, an information management system for workshop manufacturing process is developed in a doors manufacturing enterprise in Chongqing, and the study's validity is verified preliminary.
