With the development of the enhanced oil recovery technique and application of Booster Pump, a comprehensive device was urgently needed which can accurately measure and display the all kinds of parameters. It can also save the results to form history data to adjust the process in order to improve the efficiency of the oil extraction.Pointing to the problems of hard-routing, high-cost, complex-structure existing during the process, a new method of applying RF technology to the enhanced oil recovery is given, and proposed a design options by adopting RF communication technology. Compared to the traditional test system, this system can collect and transmit wireless data, and there are lots of characteristics like no routing, convenient maintenance, low operating cost, online monitor and so on.In this paper, hardware design and software design are described in detail. About hardware design aspect, the picking of core components, data acquisition module and wireless communication module are introduced. The picking of core components consists of the choosing of microcontroller, A/D conversion chip and pressure transmitter. Data acquisition module complete the acquisition of the data on the spot. The design of this module consists of the design of power transmitter circuit and data collection circuit. Wireless communication module is designed based on NRF905 wireless transceiver chip. Its main function is to transmit data wirelessly. About software aspect, the design of data acquisition and transmission is completed. The software is compiled with Delphi. The computer displays the data through visual, friendly programming interface.The final hardware is a portable data acquisition equipment, which connected to computer with serial cable. The equipment is small, exquisite and easy to use. Workers operate the equipment through the interface with computer, which is very convenient.
