With some equipments are developing to be efficient and small-scale,the pressure demand of compressed gas is getting higher and higher.To satisfy the need of gas injection and supply,the high reliable,small size,powerful high-pressure gas injection devices need to be developed.The core device of high-pressure gas injection machine is the gas booster.The gas booster is driven by low-pressure gas to reciprocate and booster the low-pressure gas to high-pressure for the high-pressure need equipments.At present the gas boosters are almost manual.The operators have to justify whether the pressure reaches the target pressure based on the testing pressure,and the drive gas is cut off manually if the target is reached.The whole manual operation is not only a waste of human,but also the excessive boosting is caused.Therefore,the high efficient MCU control system is introduced to improve the safety and reliability,and the new control method is an alternative for the high-pressure gas injection.High-pressure gas injection control system is the main line of this thesis.This thesis systematically elaborate the development of gas booster and MCU control system at first.To aim at High-pressure gas injection control system,the control system whole design plan is proposed.Based on the plan,to design the hardware and software of control system.After that the gas supply experiment is done to test the control system. The control system in this thesis is based on the new type 8-byte MCU—C8051F020. The control system has the functions of parameter input,data collection,boosting time predict and start/stop control.Control system has the intelligence computation module to predict whether the boosting goal can finish.It also can predict the boosting times if the boosting goal can finish.This function increase the system intellectualization.
