Firstly, this paper introduces the characteristics of LD pumped laser and the mainproblems, and then combined with the current research status at home and abroad aboutpump laser, the analysis of various factors affecting the stability of pump laser,Determinedthat the output of laser light power stability is determine by temperature and drivingcurrent dependencies, the research say the controlling module of current of laser andtemperature is very important, but the price is expensive much more, the cost price is low.In order to improve the performance and to reduce the price, So this paper in order toimprove the performance, to reduce the price, we design a current driving and temperaturecontrolling circuit of pump laser system, optimizing the system design with the highprecision controlling chip which is studied in this system and put up forward the designthat the driving control circuit of a voltage stabilizing pump laser combined with a steadyflow of control programs; The temperature control circuit of secondary regulation scheme;Finally designing the corresponding signal data acquisition, processing and displayprogram. The system has a simple structure design, covering the driving current of pumplaser, the temperature controlling and information detection showing that each functionmodule, realized the requirements of the stability of light source control.In this paper the designing of the drive control circuit of pump laser, the current drivecircuit controlled by the voltage control chip (LM317) combined with a steady flowcontrol chip (LM258), and by adding the other different components make up of the laserprotection circuit. At the same time in the temperature controller design of the pump laser,used laser with the combination of inside and outside of the temperature to the secondarycontrol mode. Using the high precision of temperature controlling chip MAX1978ETM+which is widely used. The temperature controlling chip using encapsulated inside the laserthermal resistor and semiconductor refrigerator (TEC) as the system temperature sensorwith temperature control actuators respectively. And at the same time inside the lasertemperature controlling, the external temperature of laser is controlled by single chip microcomputer using control the cooling fan working performed on laser externalregulation of the temperature of the working environment. In addition, the program isdesigned for the pump laser, such as temperature, current and optical power dataacquisition and analysis system.
