Wireless sensor networks have been widely used as technology becoming more and more mature.However,in the initial research,most of the sensor network architecture,node data acquisition and data wireless transmission protocol,lack of the depth of the security protection mechanism of node data transmission,in particular the hardware implementation of security algorithm.Most of the previous studies of the node hardware using 8051,ASIC and FPGA,such as a single chip.At present,the hardware technology of the node is required to deal with complex data security mechanism at high speed,and can flexibly implement the control of wireless transceiver and the processing of related data.The requirement of data security transmission and the requirement of hardware technology,the single chip processor have been difficult to meet the needs of high efficiency,and it needs to find a new platform to achieve.On the basis of summarizing the theoretical basis,this paper designed a 433MHz short distance wireless secure communication system framework based on SoC chip,which is based on the theoretical basis of M5.According to the function of each module in the framework of the system,the system is adjusted in the end.The main results include:The realization of AES hardware encryption algorithm based on SOC FPGA,by the combination of internal and external pipeline hardware implementation structure,the correct data encryption and decryption processing,also to meet the timing requirements of the fewer resources occupied.The realization of short distance wireless communication Based on SoC 8051,M5 8051 is the configuration operation of RF chip nRF905,of the transceiver and effective control of data,and obtained through the verification,the system can achieve the right information to send and receive 10-100m.In addition,the seamless data transmission between FPGA and 8051 is realized by using the integrated EMIF interface.In the end of this paper,we establish the system of sending and receiving,and verify the output data of the key timing and key points in the system,The verification results show that the design of 433MHz short distance wireless secure communication technology based on SoC M5 chip can correctly complete the data encryption and decryption,wireless transceiver and EMIF interface read and write functions.In this paper,the design of the system program,FPGA and 8051 collaborative processing,combined with the advantages of both,Effectively solved the security problem of data transmission in wireless sensor network and short distance wireless transceiver control,to protect the security of the data in the network nodes,and offers the design method for research on wireless sensor network node hardware,has certain engineering application prospect.
