Studies On The Development Of Technology Communication In China

The development of scientific technology has deeply changed people's view of the world, in which communication has played a decisive role and it determines whether human scientific technology is able to develop at a fast speed. The effectiveness of technical communication is a direct factor which determines whether scientific technology is applicable, as well as the application approach and application condition. Modern technical communication has generally become a mature subject which has engaged many subjects, fields as well as branches. In the process of practical producing operation, the decisive role of economy increase influenced by technology is displayed by the promotion and application of new technology. However, there is still a huge gap between research and development of the technology and its promotion and application in which technical communication is needed to combine the two. If scientific technology could not be propagated in time effectively, it would be totally meaningless and worthless. The potential social value and economical value would not be easily displayed. This paper includes the extraction of the features of technical information through value decomposition and for the first time decomposes and extracts the inner value of technical information on microscopic view. According to different value of technical information, I propose that the value could be extracted from different levels and make relevant treatment which the effect and profit could be achieved at the maximum. Based on the problems during the process of technique transfer in which technique is transformed from fundamental scientific technique level to application scientific technique level and finally to business producing technique level, the functions of technical communication at different levels in the whole process have been deeply discussed. Taking the example of agricultural technical communication in China, I have proposed the discussion on how to launch the agricultural technical communication in China. The guarantee of innovative technology has become the main steam of creating new treasury, which has been accepted by many countries. However, today's science of technical communication is still at the primary level in China; therefore it would be far from meeting the needs of technical communication in China. Therefore, it is quite important to conclude a communication system which is suitable for the development requirement of technical communication in China through analyzing the present situation and combing the current conditions in China. The investigation result would be played a great subsidiary role on the development of scientific technology in China, which would be helpful for our country to become a global scientific power at a fast speed.
