Networked manufacturing outsource is a main manufacturing model applied by ourdomestic manufacturers which can optimize the allocation of manufacturing resources,enhance one’s core-competitiveness and promote one’s transformation and upgrading.In the process of networked manufacturing outsource, technology information is the keyand valuable information for the companies. With the gradually integrative applicationamong network technology, information technology and internet of things, networkedmanufacturing outsource has already been applied widely and become increasinglymature. However, how to guarantee the integrity, reliability, stability and security oftechnology information has become one of the important scientific issues in the researchdomain of networked manufacturing outsource. Therefore, by using the existingresearch results for reference and combining the related research projects in our researchgroup, this paper explored the technology information safety controlling supportedsystem and its enable technologies.Firstly, the paper put forward the architecture of technology information safetycontrolling supported system for networked manufacturing outsource based on thesecurity policy and objectives that the product technology information securitycontrolling for networked manufacturing outsource required, and designed the securitystrategies used in physical layer, transport layer, network layer and application layer ofinformation security control module.Then, aiming at the security threat problems that the technical information waspretended, distorted, and denied in processes of networked manufacturing outsource, acertification system based on Public Key Infrastructure(PKI) was presented, and a PKItrust model was proposed after analyzing the safety certification requirements oftechnical information. On the basis of the model, the paper established the architectureof public key certificate authentication, and explored its digital certificate standards,policies, and the access control management technology.Furthermore, aiming at the different permissions demanded by the users in thecircumstance of networked manufacturing outsource, the safety controlling protocolsbased on user classification were researched. In addition, the role types of the userswere analyzed and the two levels user access controlling protocols were proposed torealize the optimized configuration of system privileges and guarantee the effectiveness of the system.Finally, based on the above research, with the implementation of cloudmanufacturing service platform for the new product development of automobile andmotorcycle parts in Chongqing, this paper designed, developed and implementedtechnical information security controlling supported system for networkedmanufacturing outsource, and applied the system in Xingguo jinke co., LTD inChongqing on the background of its new product, and the preliminary results wereobtained.
