The manufacturing plays an important role in national economy.With the intensification of economic globalization, the increasing fierceness of market competition and the arrival of knowledge economy era, the manufacturing is facing severe challenges. Especially confronted with rapid development, such as rejection drawing project, networked manufacturing and collaborative design and manufacturing, uniform standards and norms become quite important in increasingly close cooperation of enterprises. As a result, the manufacturing gradually recognizes the importance of adopting uniform standards within and among enterprises, and then realizes enterprise standardization strategy. However, traditional manual way is still used to find and manage standard documents in china because of the management backwardness of standard information,which brings up the lower efficiency of finding standard documents and the phenomenon of information islands. The current condition is unable to meet the needs of sharing standard information among each entity, so the standard management informationization has become an urgent subject to study.Based on the research prototype of FAW Hongta Yunnan Automotive Manufacturing Co.,Ltd. the thesis represented related theories of standards and standardization, presented key technologies of the information platform of technical standards, analyzed requirements, operational flow charts, U/C matrix, database design, functional modules and system structure of information platform, then tried to carry out the construction of the information platform of technical standards with the use of SQL Server 2000 and Visual Studio 2005. Research processes and contents are listed as follows.1) This thesis introduced the concept, history and necessity of standards, explained the concept and urgency of standardization, analyzed the steps of standardization strategy with SWOT method, and proposed countermeasures of implementing standardization strategy from the perspective of our country and enterprises. Moreover, this thesis presented the theories of B/S, C/S, structured life-cycle method, prototype method and object-oriented method, proposed key technologies of the information platform of technical standards, including UML, database, ADO.NET, data security and encryption, technical standard classification.2) With UML, this thesis analyzed the requirements, organization structure/function diagrams, operational flow charts, U/C matrix, database design of technical standard information platform, partitioned functional modules of the system, and made analysis of the system's structure and its main sub modules' processes.3) Based on SQL Server 2000 and Visual Studio 2005, this thesis selectively solved how to realize key technologies in this system, built an information platform of technical standards, and choosed an instance to illustrate the application of this system.The construction of information platform proved the feasibility of this program from technical point of view. This information platform was put into operation in March 2009. So far, with good effects achieved, it has not only improved standards query efficiency, but also promoted resources reusability and sharing, reduced the phenomenon of information islands,and enhanced collaboration within and among enterprises.In this thesis, with the help of informationization, the information platform of technical standards was developed. It provides a reference model for informationization management of technical standards, and an effective information platform of resources sharing and technical standards developing.
