| Fieldbus is an advanced field industrial control technology which was developed since the late 1980. Nowadays there are more than 200 types of Fieldbus protocols which has rich data resources and being widely used. But the Fieldbus data resources in our country are under a bad situation: shortage, scattered and poor rate of sharing. Along with the widespread use of the Fieldbus technology, the requirement of the Fieldbus data sharing becomes more and more important.For the difference between the different Fieldbus is very complex, we can only make the appropriate choice depends upon experts' experience and the knowledge. The Fieldbus choice expert system can be possible to help the user carries on the choice or makes the appraisal to the Fieldbus according to the actual need real-time. This expert system has the vital significance to Fieldbus' popularization and promotion.This paper is based on the foundation sharing project "Advanced Manufacturing and Automation" which supported by the Ministry of Science and Technology, building the network database of Fieldbus, designing and developing a Fieldbus choice expert system based on science data sharing network.The mainly innovations and research results as follows:(1) Data Quality Control Criterion and Metadata Collection Standard were established based on the existing metadata criterion, which was the key point for the platform.(2) Through analyzing the Fieldbus protocols data characteristics in detail, the Fieldbus data resources framework was designed rational and orderly. PROFIBUS, INTERBUS, EPA is introduced as the example to elaborate the framework's details. The Fieldbus network sharing database was complete by conforming the disorderly Fieldbus data resources.(3) Take the Fieldbus network sharing database as the foundation, and combine the experience and expertise of the Fieldbus domain, construct the Fieldbus choice expert system's knowledge base and design the reasoning machine. |
