| Basing on the basic idea of the recent new curriculum reform -"payingattention to each student's development " , and responding to "the Notice of the Ministry of Education about advancing the assessment and test system reform in elementary and middle schools positively " , in this article the author chooses the rubric to be the assessment tool, designing and realizing the on-line work assessment system which based on the rubric, carrying on the positive exploration on realizing the assessment ideas of new curriculum reform.Firstly, basing on the analysis of present situation, the author pointed out the limitation in assessment of existing on-line work system. Then, the dissertation neatened the knowledge of rubric systematically. Through a lot of analysis on the literatures, the author indicated that the rubric might make up the former flaws to a certain degree and it was useful to design on-line work assessment system. Next, the author initially designed the works and the rubric assessment, pointed out the standard that the works and the rubric assessment should follow. After the system has been developed, the author cooperate with a teacher to test this system in the course "Information technology" , and through the example analysis, questionnaire and the teacher interview, analyzed the system' s teaching and learning effects. Finally the author used the rubric to assess the system function.The research indicated that the use of this system is helpful to implement formative assessment, and it advocate a negotiating assessment; the author also found out that it is helpful to teachers to provide the prompt individual instructions, to reflect and improve teaching; and it is helpful to collect student' s information, to show the works, to improve student' s performance, to increase student's higher order thinking. Therefore, this system adapted the need of new curriculum reform basically, and advanced assessment idea of new curriculum to certain extent. |
