The Development And Practice Of Project Assessment System

Currently, limited by time and space, existing traditional project assessment ways such as letter-based assessment and meeting-based assessment are high-cost and low-efficiency, and also the subjective facts affect the assessment result. To resolve above problems existing in project assessment, it is urgent to develop a fair and easy-to-use project assessment platform.For the current project assessment systems, this paper introduce relative theory and technology background, object-oriented development method, three-ties MVC-based architecture, system design theory and methods and the implement procedure of the system first, next, choose the best fitted architecture and technology from C/S architecture, B/S architecture, SQL-Server and Access, and then, according to the system requirement specifications, design the system's development framework and databases. Finally, implement the system in ASP and test the system.After testing on flows of project assessment system, the testing results demonstrate that the system is objective, precise, extensible, and require lower time cost and space cost and high-efficiency. The system achieve its' goals and easy to prompt.
