A electric measure device which can be used in the measurement of the diameter of an artillery for PLA men, a device which can analyzing direction and dividing the single that is from the grating base on FPGA, and processing system on SOPC in this article.Dividing of grating is the very important part for grating measurement setting .What sort of dividing will influence the whole precise of the setting directly. This article build the dividing mold of grating signal ,using FPGA dividing technology to achieve 40 times to the original signal , and achieve the analysis the direction of the signal, knowing the changes of the grating signal ,telling the development step of SOPC, building the SOPC system on chip , running NIOS HIDE ,accomplish the digital processing, and display function.After study of the system , the range of diameter measurement is 25 mm to 80mm , the entity accuracy of measurement is 0.007mm, and the mean square deviation of the mechanical system is 0.0058mm, after entire debug the system work good, so such design can achieve the most optimization to measurement and accuracy.
